Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electrician (2nd Shift) for a global facilities management leader in Franklin, MA. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial electrical systems, with attention to safety and effective communication.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, MA journeyman/master license, 1 year of hands-on experience, and completion of an electrical apprenticeship or trade school.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License or Master Electrician License required.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or trade school.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, Massachusetts electrical codes, OSHA standards; ability to read schematics and one-line diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and building controls.
• Monitor and service electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, UPS systems, and generators.
• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical testing to ensure safe and reliable operation of building systems.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders using a CMMS system.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors while supporting overall building operations and facility performance.
