Kraft Heinz Kendallville is excited to help you start your career today!## **Responsibilities & Duties:*** Troubleshoot and repair all electrical/electronic equipment and control equipment associated with the building, production, and utilities.* Coordinate with production to address any corrective maintenance required on assigned equipment to ensure optimum line efficiency and product quality.* Perform preventative maintenance inspections on all production, building, and utilities equipment as assigned.* Participate in the development of detailed preventive maintenance plan.* Recommend and implement continuous improvement on equipment and system design.* Troubleshoot and modify programs on existing programmable controllers and write new programs for existing and new programmable computers.* Analyze equipment failures and recommend/implement corrective actions.* Communicate with maintenance personnel on other shifts, as necessary, to ensure coordination of maintenance efforts on assigned equipment.* Work cross functionally as a member of the operations team.* Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.## **Qualifications:*** Electrical training/degree and experience in manufacturing maintenance.* Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC’s and components* Knowledge of 240/480V systems* Ability to troubleshoot ladder logic and make edits as required.* Self-motivated and strong drive for results.* Use simple mathematics.* Lift 50 pounds.* Able to climb a ladder.* Able to work in areas that contain dust and starch particles.* Able to work in hot and humid conditions.* Basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or food processing, quality standards, hygiene, work safety, etc. preferred.Kraft Heinz Foods Company is an equal opportunity employer.
