Luttrell Staffing Group is seeking an Assembly | Electrical Assembly role to support production on a Monday–Friday schedule. The position pays $19-20.70 per hour, with weekly pay, fast start date, and a path to temp-to-hire.

You will read CAD drawings, install PC boards and wiring, use small hand tools, and perform basic math to manage stock transfers, while maintaining quality.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year related work experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Hand dexterity.

Mansioni

• Scan manufacturing order operations.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings to determine materials needed.
• Install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, grommets, washers and bearings.
• Use small hand tools and color vision to select wires by color/length.
• Potential exposure to electrical shock during testing per instructions.
• Complete stock transfers using basic math and warehouse procedures.

Job Duties for Assembly | Electrical Assembly

• Scan manufacturing order operations
• Follow oral and written work instructions and read and interpret CAD drawings to determine materials needed
• Install components such as PC boards, wire harnesses, rubber isolation grommets, c-clips distance washers and ball bearings
• Use variety of small hand tools and use color vision to select wires of specified color, marking or length
• Incur minor potential exposure to electrical shock while electrically testing each unit according to assembly instructions
• Perform basic math skills to complete stock transit ticket to transfer material
• Look for ways to improve and promote quality, apply feedback to improve performance
