Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Assembler III (2nd Shift) at our El Paso, TX location. The position offers $19.00 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential, with hours 4:00pm-12:45am and possible overtime.

Benefits start day one, with retirement, parental leave, educational assistance, and wellness programs. The role requires assembly of switchboards and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards, plus flexibility to move into other functions as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of internal switchboard manufacturing experience or 2 Assembler II certifications.
• No immigration sponsorship or support for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.
• No relocation benefits; within a 50‑mile radius of Dallas, TX considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards from instructions and drawings.
• Use tools including impact gun, sidewinder, and drill for assembly.
• Handle materials following established procedures.
• Maintain progress; report problems or parts shortages.
• Observe safety and 5S; keep tools/work area clean and orderly.
• Perform other tasks and flex into other functions as needed.
• Work as part of a team or independently with urgency.
