Job summary

Pete & Gerry's Organics, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to run the egg processing line and up to 20 packaging machines. You will manage daily production, set up codes, and ensure cartons are ready for the run, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires 50+ lb lifts, standing for long periods, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive shift options and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a processing environment preferred.
• Proficient with basic math.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the egg processing machine and up to 20 packaging machines.
• Manage the daily processing plan and run the machine per plan.
• Set up date codes and manage carton inventory; stage cartons for the day’s run.
• Coordinate processing based on the daily plan and adjust as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and safe, including egg handling after breaks.
