Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division in Troy, IL seeks a Dual Operator for 2nd shift to safely operate mobile equipment including Fork Truck, Crane, and Combi Lift. The role requires passing Dual Certification Training and OSHA coursework.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $24.56 with a $0.50 shift differential; benefits include health coverage from day one and retirement options. On-site work with standard Monday–Friday hours and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be within 50-mile radius of Troy, IL.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate all mobile equipment and lifting systems, including Fork Truck, Crane, and Combi Lift; also operate secondary equipment as needed.
• Complete and pass Dual Certification Training (3-day program) upon bid acceptance.
• Complete OSHA-required training in Power Industrial Truck operation and Lifting Systems operation.
