Job summary

The Kendall Group is hiring for a Distribution Center Associate II on the 2nd shift in Wyoming, MI. This onsite role supports receiving, storing, and distributing products and may involve higher-level duties and training responsibilities as needed.

You will handle order picking, packing, receiving, and inventory control while using RF scanners and standard warehouse equipment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work safely, and collaborate with the DC team.

Qualifications

• One year of previous warehouse experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and bar code scanners, basic math and reasoning.
• Good verbal and written communication, organization, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Queue management in company business system.
• Research shipping and receiving discrepancies.
• Dispute and resolution of vendor receipts.
• Train owner-associates on procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and promptly.
• Receive inventory and restock in designated areas.
• Operate forklift or manual equipment when needed.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and safety housekeeping.
