Job summary

Pratt Industries is hiring an Experienced Digital or Corrugated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (4p-4a) to operate printing and cutting equipment, assemble samples, and ensure safe, efficient production.

You will collaborate with Scheduler, Graphic Design and Structural Designers, comply with GMPs and safety rules, and contribute to continuous improvements while maintaining high quality with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in Digital or Corrugated Industry.
• Basic math proficiency including fractions and ability to read tape measure.
• Strong computer skills with file-to-print process.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Scheduler, Graphic Design and Structural Designers.
• Operate production machines safely and optimize setup times.
• Follow GMPs and safety rules.
• Identify quality issues and prevent defective product.
• Complete required production reports.
