Job summary

ProMach’s PDF Seal division in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a Die Cutting Operator for 2nd shift (3pm-12am) to operate a die cutting line, inspect products, and maintain production schedules. You will follow safety policies and procedures, complete charts, and ensure a clean, organized work area.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–2 years in manufacturing, with strong attendance and teamwork skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible, organized and dedicated to get the job done.
• Good interpersonal skills to successfully interact with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate a die cutting machine and inspect product before packaging.
• Manage the production of the machine schedule.
• Clean the die cutting machine.
• Complete production charts and use the scanning system.
• Adhere to all company safety policies.
• Perform job according to written company standard operating procedures.
• Report any product safety or quality concerns to your supervisor.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift.
