Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with Die Cutting Machines.
• Previous cutter/guillotine operator experience preferred.
• Mechanical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must understand and communicate directions in English.
• Must wear safety glasses and steel-toe shoes.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow written instructions and job specifications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust guillotine cutting machines
• Load, align, and prepare materials for cutting
• Set machine speeds, blade positions, and pressure as needed
• Measure and cut materials accurately according to job specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Sort nonconforming products
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance
• Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance
• Assist with organizing and storing materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and production procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
