Qualifications

• Dementia caregiving experience is required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking).
• Pass medications and provide hands-on care per care plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow safety, health, and infection control procedures.
• Assess changes in residents' condition and communicate promptly to supervisor.
