Job summary

Anomatic Corporation in Newark, Ohio is seeking a Machine Operator, Degreasing for the 2nd shift. This production-floor role ensures the degreasing line runs smoothly, and parts come out clean and ready for anodizing.

You will load baskets, weigh parts, run scales, track counts, and keep the area safe and organized while meeting deadlines. The job offers competitive pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities to grow in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentages.
• Able to differentiate between different part numbers as well as ability to read and write in English for required written records.
• Use a hand-held calculator.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Wear safety equipment, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, arm guards, and gloves

Responsibilities

• Properly load parts in baskets and unload parts after degreasing process.
• Weigh parts following degreasing and complete any required written records.
• Set and operate scales to do accurate piece counts.
• Ensure different part numbers and customer orders are not mixed on a skid.
• Use a pallet jack to pull product to the degreasing lines.
• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• Maintain a clean work area including but, not limited to: Empty Trash; Sweep degreasing area; Mop floor as needed.
• Other duties as directed
