Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Cycle Count Auditor to validate inventory accuracy across raw, in-progress, and finished goods using handheld scanners linked to our ERP system. You will count items in racks and on the floor, and report findings to the Inventory Analyst team to ensure data integrity.

The role requires strong math skills, warehouse discipline, and comfort with heights and PPE. An Associate degree or equivalent warehouse experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field or proven work experience in warehousing/manufacturing/distribution.
• Strong mathematical skills for inventory counts and data analysis.
• Knowledge of lot/date codes and units of measure in inventory control.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets with reporting.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and operating warehouse equipment.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and working at elevated heights.
• Compliance with PPE requirements (safety glasses, hi-vis, safety toe shoes).

Responsibilities

• Accurately count items in racks and floor locations pre/post-production.
• Scrutinize inventory to ensure quantities match records.
• Use scales for weight counts on small bulk items.
• Key/scan data with handheld scanner.
• Verify lot codes, unit of measures, and inventory dates in ERP.
• Access inventory in elevated locations following safety protocols.
• Report outcomes to Inventory Manager.
