1Vision is seeking an experienced Cutter Operator to join our Bindery Department on 2nd shift in Houston. This role requires strong technical abilities and the independence to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high production standards.

During the next two months, hours will extend from 4pm to 4am, seven days a week. The candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of meeting production schedules and quality requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Journeyman status required.
• Minimum of 5 years of cutter operator experience required.
• Ability to produce quality work with little supervision.
• English language proficiency preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and maintain cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production schedules and deadlines while minimizing waste.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Schedule: 2:30pm – 11pm

1Vision is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cutter Operator to join our Bindery Department on 2nd shift. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical abilities and the experience necessary to work independently while maintaining high-quality production standards. Over the next 2 months, we are on extended hours, and the hours will be from 4pm until 4am, 7 days a week.
