Job summary

Westwood Heights Schools is seeking two dependable custodians for the 2nd shift to support facilities operations. These are full-time, contracted positions through a third-party vendor, with typical hours 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing classrooms and restrooms, trash removal, and securing the building at night. A high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required, along with a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a good work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting will be required.

• Perform general cleaning tasks (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting).
• Sanitize restrooms, classrooms, and common areas daily.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Secure the building at the end of the shift (locking doors/windows).
• Report any maintenance repairs or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.

Shift & Openings
