Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Texas. You will perform custodial duties under supervision, including floor care, dusting, bathrooms, and trash removal, following established procedures.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a team. The position offers hourly pay and benefits as described by the company.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces daily.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass at entrances and doors.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Remove trash and replace liners as required.
• Perform periodic high dusting and leather/wood surface care.
• Any other duties as assigned.
