Position Details

Location: TBD

Reports To: Facility Supervisor/Head Custodian

Schedule: 8 hours/day (3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.), 40 hours/week, 12-month benefits

Salary: $20.46/hr. including shift differential

Responsibilities

• Perform inside and outside cleaning and sanitizing
• Perform grounds-related tasks
• Conduct minor maintenance repairs
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Restore floors (stripping, waxing, buffing)
• Clean carpets
• Set up for events
• Provide security checks
• Maintain custodial supplies
• Assist with other building maintenance tasks
• Remove snow and ice as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred custodial experience

Physical Requirements
