Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas is seeking a Custodian for the 2nd shift in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time, non-exempt, hourly role reports to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor and requires maintaining a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, waste removal, and preparing site for audits. The job emphasizes self-motivation, attention to detail, ethical conduct, and the ability to read inspection logs.

Qualifications

• Related experience or training required.
• Common knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize entry/lobby, general office areas, break rooms, restrooms, hallways, windows and fixtures.
• Floors must be mopped, washed, and vacuumed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor.
• Dust and vacuum furniture.
• Empty trash and remove recycling materials.
• Maintain outside walk areas, sweep debris and wash walkways.
• Track and order maintenance supplies.
• Prepare for ISO 9001 and other audits.
