Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Tucker, GA. The role involves a range of custodial duties to maintain building cleanliness and safety, following standard procedures and supervision.

Expect to perform floor care, dusting, bathroom restocking, window/wall cleaning, trash collection, and report any facility issues to supervisors. No prior experience required; teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Use a portable vacuum cleaner – back pack style.
• Requires attention to detail and energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs and perform daily spot cleaning; shampoo when directed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, shelves, and high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass as directed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects like clogged urinals and lights out to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily.
• Replace liners in waste baskets per specs.
• Perform periodic tasks like high dusting, leather/wood polishing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
