Title: 2nd Shift Custodial Manager
Job SummaryUnder general conditions, coordinates and supervises all aspects of daily and periodic cleaning of the college's facilities. Supervisor will work Monday- Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Job Duties•Coordinate work schedules and assignments of all custodial members
•Provide supervision to all custodial members
•Inspect work for conformance to cleaning standards
•Conduct weekly meetings and training
•Inspect and evaluate physical condition of buildings and submit recommendations
•Perform custodial duties as needed
•Determines priorities of work and assign personnel to accomplish
•Ensure necessary equipment and supplies are always available
•Coordinates setting up and cleaning up for upcoming projects and events
•Evaluates performance of all custodial personnel
•Maintains inventory records, prepares periodic reports, submits purchase requisitions of supplies/equipment
•Establishes and monitors working relationships with students, faculty, and staff
•Coordinates setup for campus and college events
•Performs duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have 3 years of progressively responsible custodial work experience
Preferred Qualifications- Supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Knowledge of cleaning methods and materials
- Supervisory skills
- Be able to operate basic MS Office applications, i.e. email, Word, Excel
- Customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal/human relations skills
- Ability to plan and organize
- Ability to move throughout the campus and lift up to 40 lbs

Pay Rate: $34,844 - $41,813 (Annual salary depending on eligible experience which is defined by the current compensation plan.)
