Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all inbound and outbound dock operations for cross-docking.
• Lead a team of material handlers, forklift operators, and dockworkers.
• Monitor labor productivity and KPI performance.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with safety updates.
• Coordinate with Walmart transport, yard, and customer service teams.
• Ensure equipment is operational and maintained.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety audits.
• Prepare shift reports and performance data.
