Job summary

International Paper, Carrollton, TX, seeks a Corrugator Supervisor for the 3pm–11pm shift. You will direct a shift of hourly employees, oversee safety, quality and productivity, and drive engagement to meet goals.

A High School diploma or GED is required, with two years of supervision preferred and experience in corrugated packaging highly desirable. The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and a safety-minded approach within a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• College and/or related technical courses preferred.
• Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervisor to one assigned shift of hourly employees; oversee safety, quality, productivity and engagement.
• Supervise daily production of corrugated board; train, plan, assign, direct work; evaluate performance; promote safety and teamwork.
• Lead and motivate employees by example; ensure safe, efficient work and quality products.
• Communicate operational information clearly to crew, supervisors, plant management and customers.
• Promote and ensure compliance with safety, quality and other programs.
