Abbott's Columbus, OH site (High Rise Warehouse) is seeking a Control Room Operator for the 2nd shift. You will monitor WMS and EMS systems, ensure accurate inventory, and work with logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in warehousing operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel ~3%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct efforts to assure WMS/EMS systems are operational.
• Maintain knowledge of distribution center equipment and systems to support the business.
• Validate system data and inventory; document processes.
• Coordinate on-time shipping for ~55 truckloads per day.
• Assist with training and system changes; troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure GMP, safety and quality guidelines are followed.
