Job Details:

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for data entry from the QA/Operations/Maintenance departments, document review/control, audit assignment, and non-compliance reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledge of plant policies, procedures, and operations
  • Entering data into the system, including audits, defect rates, failures, non-compliances, and downtime
  • Document review and control
  • Creating and updating reports with graphs
  • Conducting safety and facility audits
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive training period
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to make decisions
  • Other duties as required
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: Office and customer service experience preferred
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, databases, and email
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication; ability to hear spoken instructions
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Continuously (6-8 hrs.): sit for long periods, fine motor skills with both hands
    • Frequently (3-6 hrs.): stand/walk
    • Occasionally (1-3 hrs.): bend/stoop, reach above shoulder, grasp, exposure to dust and fumes, working around machinery, temperature/humidity changes
  • Lift/Carry, Push/Pull:
    • Frequently (1-10 lbs)
    • Occasionally (up to 35-50 lbs.)
