Job summary

C&M Precision Tech is seeking a Team Lead for our 2nd shift CNC Lathe area in Hudson, NH. The lead will oversee the CNC lathes (Okuma and Eurotech) with hours from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a 4-day work week.

The role supports defense and aerospace projects in a busy 90,000 sq ft facility, offering competitive pay, shift differential, and comprehensive benefits. This is an Equal Opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing team.
• Extensive CNC lathe experience on Okuma/Eurotech platforms.
• Willingness to work night shift and 4-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2nd shift CNC Lathe area as the technical lead.
• Coordinate machining activities and quality control for parts.
• Mentor and supervise team members to meet production goals.

C&M Precision Tech is looking for Team Lead for our 2nd shift CNC Lathe area. Our 2nd shift is expanding and we need a talented machinist to be the lead technical resource (Okuma and Eurotech machines). Hours will be 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Monday - Thursday.
