Job summary

C&M Precision Tech in Hudson, NH is seeking a skilled Machinist to serve as the lead technical resource for the 2nd shift CNC Lathe area. You will oversee operations on Okuma and Eurotech machines, guiding a small team to meet tight tolerances and delivery deadlines.

The position offers a night shift schedule (3:30 pm – 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday), competitive pay with shift differential, and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and disability

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small manufacturing team on CNC lathes.
• Ability to oversee Okuma/Eurotech lathe operations and ensure tolerances.
• Night shift availability and reliable attendance.

C&M Precision Tech is looking for Team Lead for our 2nd shift CNC Lathe area. Our 2nd shift is expanding and we need a talented machinist to be the lead technical resource (Okuma and Eurotech machines). Hours will be 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Monday - Thursday.
