Job summary

C&M Precision Tech is seeking a CNC Setup Operator for the 2nd shift in Hudson, NH. You will set up Swiss or CNC Lathe machines (Okuma, Citizen, Eurotech) and support tight tolerance parts for defense and aerospace projects.

Work hours are 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday. We offer competitive pay with shift differential and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HRA, FSA, disability, life insurance, a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Swiss or CNC lathe experience required.
• Able to work night shift and adapt to manufacturing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines on 2nd shift and ensure proper tooling and offsets.
• Support production of precision components for defense/aerospace projects.
