Responsibilities

Set up and operate Vaski CNC electric punch press equipment per production requirements.
Load, align, and change punching tools, dies, and hardware based on drawings and schedules.
Program machine controls by entering measurements and tooling information.
Read blueprints and production specifications to guide operations.
Monitor operation, cycle speeds, and output to ensure quality and efficiency.
Inspect parts with calipers and gauges and verify dimensions meet specs.
Identify and report malfunctions or material defects and adjust as needed.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE protocols.
Document production and quality information accurately and work with the team.
