Job description

2nd Shift CNC Operator Trainee (Dept. 301)

Join Milwaukee Valve Company, LLC. as a 2nd Shift CNC Operator Trainee in Department 301 at our Prairie Du Sac, WI location. The starting hourly wage is $21.48.

This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, payable in two installments: $1,000 after successful completion of orientation and $1,000 after one year of employment.

The scheduled hours are 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime including Saturdays. Employment is contingent upon passing drug screening and physical tests.

During approximately 90 days of training, the trainee will learn safe CNC machine operation, blueprint reading, and part inspection. Prior machining experience is not required; personal hand tools and measuring instruments are needed after training.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
