American Aluminum Extrusion, a longtime regional supplier, seeks a dependable 2nd Shift CNC Operator (3 PM – 11:30 PM) in Roscoe, IL. You will oversee machine operations on the shop floor and support CNC Mills and lathes with setup, measurement, and tooling adjustments.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic blueprints and work orders.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills, lathes, and other machines.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measure to inspect profiles.
• Install and align tools, fixtures, and materials on machines.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets for performance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
