Job summary

American Aluminum Extrusion is hiring a 1st Shift Millwright (7 AM - 3:30 PM) in Roscoe, IL. The role includes heavy equipment repairs, installation, and troubleshooting within a growing aluminum extrusion operation.

We offer a starting wage of $25/hour plus excellent benefits and a sign-on bonus for eligible new hires. Requires two years of millwright experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a millwright.
• Ability to lift and move equipment or parts up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment.
• Perform equipment alignment and adjustment.
• Assist with equipment modifications and improvements.
• Cross-train, learn, and support other functions or processes as required.
