Qualifications

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Operate Willemin machines within the department.

· At times operate EDM and Robodrill, all with Fanuc controls.

· Inspect parts and document results of inspections on in process inspection plans.

· Continuously monitor equipment and tooling. In the event of a breakdown or other event that would disrupt the process, notify department manager to resolve the problem.

· Follow the instructions on the setup sheet, drawings and/or programs.

· Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

· Adhere to company safety requirements.

· Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or GED preferred

· Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment

· 1-3 years' experience in machining

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

· Strong mechanical and trouble shooting ability.

· Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Physical Demands:

· Light to moderate physical exertion required

· Lifting/carrying Maximum lbs.: 50

· Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facility
