Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining in a job shop/high-mix environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators).
• Proficient in setting up and operating CNC equipment; Haas/Okuma/PAMA experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Haas, Okuma, PAMA).
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Perform in-process quality checks with precision measuring instruments.
• Make program edits and offsets to maintain tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and team members to meet production goals.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic machine upkeep.
