2nd SHIFT CNC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN III - Job Description

Acme Industries is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC equipment. Must be available for overtime.

DUTIES
  1. Perform scheduled maintenance of production equipment.
  2. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of CNC production equipment during production.
  3. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make machine adjustments.
  4. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
  5. Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Strong mechanical aptitude and maintenance skill set - written skill assessment required.
  2. Two or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience in CNC machine tool repair is required.
  3. Strong troubleshooting skills.
  4. Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  5. Team player with positive outlook.
  6. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently, with heavier weight necessary at times.
  7. Must be able to read and write English. Basic computer skills required.
