Job summary

Vickers-Engineering,-Inc. in New Troy, Michigan is seeking a Maintenance - Machine Repair Technician (2nd Shift) to service production and facility equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance in a safe, efficient manner.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least four years of production maintenance experience, with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and PLC skills; experience with Fanuc Controls is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fanuc Controls experience preferred.
• Install and maintain production CNC lathes and mills and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance of production equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
