Job summary

SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP, also known as SpaceX, is seeking a CNC Machinist for the 2nd shift in Redmond, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines to manufacture components for the Starlink project.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience and the ability to interpret blueprints. SpaceX offers a competitive compensation package, including salary ranging from $38 to $52 per hour based on level, in addition to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CNC machine operation.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs unassisted.
• Available for 10 hour shifts including 2nd shift (4:00PM to 2:30AM).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines.
• Complete machining operations from blueprints or verbal instructions.
• Prep materials and maintain cleanliness of work area.
