Job summary

Schuette Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, program and run CNC machines on the 2nd shift (1:30pm–12:00am, Monday–Thursday) in Wisconsin. You will read blueprints, verify part dimensions, and adjust programming to maintain tolerances while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Certificate from technical school or equivalent related training.
• Able to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend, squat, and twist.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime as required.
• Experience with CNC programming (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC machines to meet production targets.

Position Summary

Typical schedule: 2nd Shift 1:30pm-12:00am (Monday-Thursday)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Run CNC machines to meet production targets.
• Set up machines and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Use measuring devices (calipers, tape measures) and inspection equipment to verify part dimensions.
• Read and interpret blueprints (customer and company-provided).
• Make programming adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
• Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Certificate from technical school or equivalent related experience/training.
