Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years operating and set‑up CNC lathes and/or mill‑turn machines.
• Proficient with G&M code and precision measurement tools.
• Strong math skills and understanding of GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Safe set-up and operation of CNC machine and high‑tolerance parts.
• Prove out new programs for accuracy, efficiency and safety.
• Load/unload tools and enter offsets; determine wear offsets.
• Interpret drawings and adjust feeds/speeds for optimal run times.
• Maintain area cleanliness and follow safety directives.
