Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist for the 2nd shift (2pm-5pm start). The contract-to-hire role is based in Wauseon, OH, with a pay range of $28-$32 per hour. You will program, set up, and run CNC lathes, inspect parts, and ensure adherence to specifications in a modern shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating CNC lathes.
• Ability read blueprints and layouts to meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Program and machine parts according to blueprints to meet specifications.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and related equipment.
• Machine complex parts with tight tolerances using live tooling.
• Verify dimensions with gauges and measurement tools.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow 5S standards.
