Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for a 2nd shift to perform custodial duties at two South Carolina sites. The role operates under the Custodial Manager and adheres to established standards and procedures.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–9:00 PM at Roebuck and Greenville locations. Compensation ranges from $13.34 to $15.69 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available and equal employment opportunity assurances.

Qualifikationen

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and high energy

Aufgaben

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces including high dusting.
• Wash windowsills and glass in interior doors and windows.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily; proper sanitation procedures.
• Report maintenance issues such as clogs or lights out to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily; replace liners as needed.
• Perform occasional tasks like snow removal and high-dusting as directed.
