Description:

Oranje Commercial Cleaning is currently looking for energetic individuals who want to bring their passion for cleaning to an environment that fully supports your ability to grow, learn, and succeed.

Work Location: 1500 N Priest Dr, 1520 N Priest Dr, 1230 W Washington St, 1250 W Washington St Tempe (Do not apply on site)

Work Hours: Night Cleaner/Part Time: M-F 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM (8-hour shift/40hrs weekly).

Pay Rate: Starting $14.35

Duties:

• General Janitorial and Custodian duties daily. Must have attention to detail and enjoy cleaning.
• Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Remove Buffing, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned.

• Must be able to pass Background checks.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass E-Verify.

Qualifications:

• Ability to physically accomplish cleaning tasks.
• A willingness to learn and collaborate.

• A desire for a full-time position (40 hours/week).

Preferred:

• Must be able to speak, write and read English (chemicals).
• Previous cleaning experience.
