Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) in Romeoville, IL is hiring Selector / Cherry Picker Operators for the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30pm until finish. Pay is $21.00 per hour and this is a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities include accurately picking products, using cherry pickers and pallet jacks safely, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and meeting daily production goals with teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Cherry picker/stock picker experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work overtime and additional hours as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products based on customer orders.
• Ensuring all picked items meet quantity and quality requirements.
• Operating cherry pickers, stock pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Following all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Completing additional duties as assigned by management.
