Job summary

Kelly is hiring experienced Cherry Picker & Forklift Operators for a full-time, contract-to-hire position in Louisville, KY. The role supports 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) with a pay rate of $19.17 per hour, Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed.

Qualified candidates will load/unload pallets, use RF scanners or voice pick systems, and operate forklifts and cherry pickers up to 35 feet high. Safety harness usage and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Experience operating forklifts or cherry pickers
• Comfortable with heights and wearing a safety harness
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets/cases using forklifts and cherry pickers
• Move products to correct locations in the warehouse
• Build and load pallets for shipping
• Operate equipment up to 35 feet high
• Follow safety rules and wear a safety harness
