Job Title and Location

2nd Shift Machine Operator - Geneva, NY

Work Schedule

Alphabet Rotating 12-Hour Work Shift Schedule (6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.). Please note that due to the seasonal nature of our business, overtime may be required, and hours can fluctuate based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Operate and monitor the label machine to ensure proper labeling.
  2. Ensure the correct label is used and properly attached.
  3. Identify problems and initiate adjustments.
  4. Clean and lubricate the label machine.
  5. Maintain proper housekeeping.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
  2. Good communication skills.
  3. Judgment to plan, perform, and make decisions.
  4. Ability to use small hand tools.
Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent; 1 to 3 months of experience and/or training; mechanical ability is helpful.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit, talk, hear, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Constant walking and standing on concrete floors or elevated surfaces.

Compensation

Wage range from $19 to $31.50 per hour, based on skills, abilities, and experience.
