Job summary

Teledyne Cable Solutions seeks a reliable Machine Operator to run wire & cable equipment including extruders, braiders, and spooling systems. You will perform setup, read specifications, and ensure quality under safety protocols.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 months of related experience. Shifts are 2pm–10:45pm, Monday to Friday with OT on Saturdays; pre-employment background check and drug screen apply. Target pay: $19–$20/hr.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read job specifications and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of machines according to written work instruction and safety protocols.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Activate machine once set up is complete and verified.
• Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions and monitor cable quality.
• Trouble shoot process problems.
• Willing to participate in cross-training in all machine operations.
