Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Howard Lake, MN is hiring Production Associates to assemble cabinetry components in a fast-paced, safety-conscious facility. On-the-job training provided, with opportunities to learn multiple production roles and advance within the team.

The 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour plus a $3.00 night shift differential; comprehensive benefits and retirement programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• The ability to read measurements and calculate numbers.
• Prev. experience in warehouse or manufacturing is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new processes and operate safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet production goals.
• Adhere to safety rules and participate in quality checks within a team setting.
• Learn and rotate through production-related roles as needed to support operations.
• Assist with daily tasks and uphold standard work in a dynamic facility.
