Job summary

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. in Oostburg, Wisconsin seeks a Bulk Transfer teammate to supply bulk cheese and ingredients to production lines. You will also return unused portions to the cooler and transfer TOSCA, pallets and recyclables.

As a Bulk Transfer, you'll be responsible for supplying required bulk cheese, anticake, and other ingredients to production lines. You will also be responsible for returning unused portions of bulk cheese and anticake to the cooler, transferring TOSCA, pallets, and recyclable containers to the appropriate areas.

Let's start with wages! At Masters Gallery Foods, you'll earn a wage increase at both 90 days and one year as you grow in this role. Here's the progression:

• Starting pay: $24.81

After 90 days: $25.81

After 1 year: $26.80

How You Will Contribute to our Legacy of Excellence:

• Supply production lines with required bulk cheese
• Return unused portions of bulk cheese and anticake to the cooler
• Supply production lines with required anticake and other ingredients
• Transfer TOSCA, pallets, and recyclable containers to the appropriate areas
• Assist in other areas of production and backfill other forklift positions as needed

What You Have to Offer:

• Must be able to lift, carry and stack 55 pounds
• Ability to learn to operate a forklift safely and successfully
• Ability to push/pull heavy loads with a pallet truck
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to read and comprehend safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes
• Ability to work as part of a team and professionally communicate with all production and supervisory personnel
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels and meet customer commitments is required
• Comfortable climate-controlled work environment - our facilities are clean and contain cool temperatures.

• Our equipment consists of robotic case packers, case erectors, case sealers, and moving belts which can be noisy. Fork-lifts also drive in the packaging area.
