Paumac Tubing Llc is seeking a 2nd shift bend associate to operate machines, load parts, and run production orders in Marysville, Michigan. The role focuses on fabricating parts to spec, reading blueprints, and maintaining safe, clean work areas.

Responsibilities include setup and operation of equipment, identifying defects, documenting processes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure quality and efficiency in production runs.

Formación

• Read job specifications such as blueprints, calipers, and measurements to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Maintain safe and accurate operation by following setup procedures and inspecting parts for conformance.
• Ensure quality by interpreting drawings and tolerance checks using proper measurement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all assigned machine operations.
• Read job specifications such as blueprints, calipers, and measurements to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Set up, adjust and operate machinery to fabricate parts to specifications.
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
• Ensure work is done safely, consistently and meets quality standards.
• Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions.
• Inspect end product from fabrication operations to ensure accuracy and discover flaws.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Communicate with other departments as necessary.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to all company rules and policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
