McKee Foods, a long-standing family-owned bakery, is hiring a Production Worker on 2nd shift (Sun–Thu, 2:30 pm–10:30 pm) at their Collegedale, TN facility. You will help ensure accurate packaging, monitor quality, and support a high-speed production line while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

The role offers competitive weekly pay, a shift premium of $1.00/hour on 2nd shift, and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for growth within the company’s well-known brands.

Qualifications

• Must meet attendance guidelines.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems/software.
• Able to lift 20 to 40 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with packaging and inspection of finished food products.
• Pack unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping.
• Place wrapped cakes into cartons and fill cases with cartons.
• Arrange cases onto pallets for shipment.
• Monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow production schedules and meet quotas.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
