Job summary

Daisy Brand is seeking motivated individuals for a replenishment technician role in a 24/7 production environment in Garland, Texas. The position emphasizes accurate pallet movement, inventory tracking, and adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and safety practices.

You will operate forklifts and automated equipment while helping maintain quality and efficiency. Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of distribution experience with powered equipment, strong mechanical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. College courses/technical training preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse using powered equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, stock pickers).
• Strong mechanical ability, troubleshooting skills and detail-orientation.
• Strong quantitative problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must understand and follow GMP and Safety requirements.
• Ability to learn each SKUs TiHi pattern.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (34°).

Responsibilities

• Transport pallets from rack staging areas to designated area using sit down forklift.
• Interface with automated inventory tracking systems.
• Read, understand, execute, and update SOPs.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on automated palletizers, conveyors, and blast coolers.
• Compare identifying information and counts.
• Affix shipping labels on and inspect outgoing shipments to meet specifications.
• Accurately pick cases for customer orders.
• Maintain quality control, production goals, proper rotation of products, and inventory accuracy.
• Follow GMPs, housekeeping and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
